Am Zehnhoff-Söns welcomes another new depot partner in Bonn: CAI International! The container-leasing company was founded in 1989 in San Francisco and is now represented with a depot in Bonn.
Newly arrived at Am Zehnhoff-Söns: a powerful addition to our facilities, fresh from the factory in Italy. Bearing the serial number 26001, the first new-generation empty-container handler is operating at Am Zehnhoff-Söns in the Port of Bonn now.
Yet another renowned carrier has inaugurated a hinterland depot at our Bonn terminal: Nippon Yusen Kaisha Line (NYK) based in Tokyo ranks among the world’s largest shipping companies, providing bulk cargo and RORO shipments in addition to conventional container transports.
In order to satisfy the requirements of our international agents and intermodal customers even better we will open our new branch-office in Hamburg in December 2015. The port of Hamburg is Germany’s largest seaport and followed by Rotterdam and Antwerp the third largest port in Europe; reasons enough for us to be on the spot. Beside our terminals in Bonn, Metz and Trier now there are many opportunities in the northern part of Germany for fitting services of your transport.
Am Zehnhoff-Söns Group is fully committed to maximizing reliability and safety while reducing our carbon footprint. As a further signifi cant step towards this, we will modernize our fl eet by replacing sixty semitrailer trucks towards the end of 2015. For us this means an important investment in adopting the latest technology to reduce pollution, provide even higher quality and reliability while increasing safety.
